GenomeRNAi database

The GenomeRNAi database currently contains phenotype information derived from RNA interference (RNAi) screens in Drosophila and human. The database also provides an updated resource of RNAi reagents and predicted quality control information for libraries available for the Drosophila and the human genome. The database is accessible at www.genomernai.org
